4 inch pans

  1. Why does my cake baked in 4 inch pans drop in the center

The 4 inch pans are too high so they bake quicker on the sides and dont give the center enoght time. The solution is to lower the oven tempeture by 25degress and place flower metal nails in the center. For a 6inche use 1nail, 8 inche 2nails, 10inch 3nails and so one.

  1. How do I cover a board with fondant

When covering a board with fondont I use two or three boards. I spread water on the edges of the board and powder dust the center. I strech the fondant place over the board nice and smooth.Cut the edges.Place a smaller board in the center the same size as the cake and cut that piece out. With my finger I smooth out the inside edges. I save fondant and the cake falls into place. I glue ribbon around the edges.
